At BattleField Gourmet, located in the heart of Fredericksburg Virginia, we pride ourselves in producing premier habanero, cayenne, and jalapeño pepper sauces and award-winning BBQ sauces - along with some of the best jerky ever produced!  We utilize only the finest ingredients and seasonings to ensure an intrinsically unique taste with each bite.

Using the process of small batch levels ensures quality control, consistency and personal attention while maintaining production oversight.  This allows our sauces to maintain their consistency and ensures we avoid a commonly aquired "mass produced" taste.  All products are exclusively created, tested and designed by Head Chef/Saucier, Jim Sinden.

BattleField Gourmet is an approved, proud member of the Virginia's Department of Agricultures "Virginia's Finest Trademark Program."  Virginia's Finest participants are easily identified by the familiar red and blue "checkmark."

Jim's four most popular sauces, (in the order listed) "VIRGINIA LIGHTNING MOONSHINE BBQ SAUCE!!!!, "Brown Sugar and Maple BBQ Sauce", "Garlic and Onion BBQ Sauce" and his "Sweet Habanero Pepper Sauce."  The latter three won blue ribbons at Louisa County VA's 2009 Agricultural Fair! OUR NEWEST ADDITION IS GOING TO WIN EVERYTHING IT ENTERS, our AMAZINGLY popular Virginia Lightning Moonshine BBQ Sauce.  And YES it has real, legal Moonshine from the only LEGAL 100 Proof Corn Whiskey Distiller in the State of Virginia.
